A paper has been published in macromolecules bioscience which demonstrates the use of highly branched poly(N-isopropylacrlyamide) polymers for protein purification prcesses dependent on the LCST of the polymer.

Article: Highly Branched Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)s with Imidazole End Groups Prepared by Radical Polymerization in the Presence of a Styryl Monomer Containing a Dithioester Group

A paper has been published in Macromolecules outlining the use of a branched raft agent to synthesise highly branched PNIPAM polymers by both reversible-addition fragmentation transfer and self condensing vinyl polymerisation at the same time.
